Longemity Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to be 100% happy.


In the event that you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange please email us at inquiries@longemity.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods where we will happily help you with your request. Alternatively you can fill out the provided returns flyer that accompanies your purchase and pop it in the post, it's that easy. 


Please post the item/s back to us and a refund/exchange will be processed once we have received the goods in their original condition, with all original brochures and packaging.


All postage costs for the return of items are at the responsibility of the customer. Please note that we strongly suggest using postage that has tracking ID and keep appropriate proof of postage as we hold no responsibility for items that go missing through the post.


We are all too happy to exchange should you have change of heart on your chosen blend. Please note additional shipping charges will apply. This will be equivalent to your original shipping charge, and will need to be paid prior to dispatch to accommodate your change of mind request. 


Refunds will be issued by the same method which you paid, excluding the shipping and handling fee of $15 if postage was within Australia. International orders will be refunded the original purchase price, less shipping charges.


All Afterpay purchases will be processed by us via Afterpay.


If a product is found to be faulty, please accept our apologise in advance. An exchange will be sent with Fastway Couriers or Australia Post Express Post at Longemity's expense. 


Damaged Items


We take great care in packaging your goods safely with reinforced packaging materials and with every item inspected prior to packaging. In the unfortunate event that your item/s are damaged in transit we cannot accept responsibility.


We recommend that all complaints be forwarded directly to the shipping provider used. If you require assistance please do not hesitate to contact us.

Crystal and Gemstones Colour Discrepancies & Portrayal


At Longemity we have taken special care to hand select each crystal and gemstone blend for their beauty, quality and purity.


Some crystals and gemstones may show signs of natural inclusions and some may differ in colour and size being that each stone is a unique gift from Gaia (Mother Earth). 


Please be advised all computer screen colour settings vary and can affect the way products appear on the viewing monitor. We will make every effort possible to display our products as clearly and accurately as possible.


Handmade Artisan Products


Each Longemity Crystal Infused Water Bottle and Gem Pod is a unique handmade artisan product and on occasion there may be slight imperfections, this is part of their organic beauty and in no way, compromises their use or their structural integrity.
